Monthly Fee
A modest monthly fee is paid by all residents at QVP, based on the square footage of their suite. Items covered by the monthly fee include:
- Cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior common areas
- Water and sewage charges
- Gas and hydro
- Common area utilities
- Project management costs
- Insurance on property and building
- Salaries of office, custodial and maintenance staff
- Property taxes
Other
Residents must provide insurance for personal items and personal liability.
Residents are required to pay for telephone services, tv provider and internet, if desired.
